Access is via a coded badge and the interiors are fully fitted out with a kitchen and bathrooms, including heated towel rails, parquet flooring in the living room and bedrooms and tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms and you have the choice of taking a furniture & white goods package on top if you wish and have a choice of interior styles you can go for. Heating and hot water is via a collective gas boiler.

Use this as your main or second home or if you wish you can rent it out through two options. The first is to sign a rental mandate with Avecoeur who provide quasi hotel services and concierge for short term bookings where you retain complete control over when you rent it out and when you use it. Or alternatively you can sign a 20 year commercial lease with the onsite management company Odalys and receive a fixed rental amount each year with personal use options. If you sign either rental contract you will benefit from receiving back all the VAT included in your purchase price (20%) but also of course the rental income received less the commission. This charming and authentic alpine village is inhabited all year round as it is not a purpose built resort and forms part of the Espace Diaments ski zone with 185km of slopes up to 2600m in altitude. The area of the village is called the "quartier des Varins" and is only 4km from the world famous alpine town of Megeve which is part of a different ski zone called Domaine Evasion Montblanc with 300km of slopes so the location is truly excellent and very good value for money.
