The residence is located in a truly exceptional location on the Cote d'Azur equidistant between Nice and Antibes, just 200m from the beach and a few mins walk to the bars, restaurants and luxury boutique shops. Starting with the Alpes-Maritimes department itself it is the 2nd most popular tourist destination in France (France being the most popular tourist destination in the world). The area receives over 300 days of sunshine each year and has over 120km of seaside and 40km of beaches. You can reach the ski stations of Mercantour in just 1h30mins by car and you have no less than 14 national parks to explore within the Alpes-Maritimes. The area also has the 2nd biggest concentration of museums in France and many international cultural and sporting events.

The beach, which is just 200m away has a large selection of high quality seaside restaurants and just 500m away you will find the pleasure harbour with over 1,000 moorings, yacht rental, boutique shops and many more restaurants. Also 500m away is the nautical centre where you can find a number of water based activities such as paddle boarding, jet skiing, flyboarding and diving.
