Once you have found a suitable property to rent for your holiday just select and optional extras you wish to have and pay through our online payment facility. It couldn’t be simpler.
Deposits held securely
Any damage deposit that you send to us will be kept securely and refunded to you in full once the check-out is done and no damage is discovered.
Dedicated property managers
Once your booking is made you will be assigned a dedicated manager to deal with any queries you may have and to get the rental contract signed. Equally before you book if you have any questions about a particular property then our property managers are here to respond to your enquiries. Avecoeur is an experienced and award winning company with excellent reviews, showing the high quality of services we provide to holiday makers.
Hotel services
All of the properties we manage are thoroughly cleaned before and after each stay, while linen, sheets and towels are offered as options along with other services and equipment such as Jacuzzi preparation (where relevant), high chairs or cots for example.
Concierge service
If you would like some group activities organised such as wine tastings, massages or surf or ski classes for example then that can be arranged for you. The direct cost of these activities or services will of course still be an additional cost.
